ColdPerk introduced the Commissary 70 at the World of Coffee San Diego trade show. This machine is designed for roasteries and cafes to produce coffee concentrates. It can brew 70 to 105 liters of concentrate per batch, using up to 70 pounds of wet grounds. The system features a stainless steel design, a 360-degree tilting brew vessel, and a cleaning rinser. A complete brewing cycle takes under 2 hours, with accessories sold separately. The only electronic component is a water delivery meter.
