In a prospectus filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) dated Aug. 18, the company said it plans to price shares at $16 to $18, targeting $265 million in gross proceeds and a valuation near $861 million. This would be the first IPO from a U.S. coffee company since 2022."
