Ryan Noda has been placed on the 10-day injured list due to a strained right quadriceps. He registered just three hits in 34 at-bats during his time with the Chicago White Sox, his fourth organization within nine months. Previously, he was claimed off waivers from the Boston Red Sox after playing for the Triple-A teams of both the Red Sox and Angels. Noda had a notable season with the Oakland Athletics, hitting 16 home runs and 54 RBI. Additionally, center fielder Luis Robert Jr. will return soon without requiring a rehab assignment.
