Harris was drafted by Oakland and traded to Texas early in his career, ranking among Baseball America's top 10 Rangers prospects from 2022–24. The Rangers carried him on their 40-man roster and gave him a brief September call-up in 2024 before designating him for assignment and ultimately allowing him to elect free agency. Harris has hit .217 in 21 major-league games and posted a .276/.367/.420 line in nearly 1,300 Triple-A plate appearances. He offers power-speed, can play all outfield positions, and profiles best in left field, though his Triple-A exit velocities are near the bottom of the scale.
