Bo and Josh Naylor of the Cleveland Guardians hit home runs in the same inning on two occasions, a rare feat in MLB history. The first instance occurred in a game against the Rangers in 2023, followed by a repeat performance in a game against the Chicago White Sox in 2024.
The Naylor brothers join a select group of brother duos who have hit home runs in the same inning since 1900. They are the sixth pair overall and the fourth to achieve this milestone twice, along with the Uptons, Ripkens, and Waners.
