His 103 RBIs were the 11th most in the sport and tied for fourth in the National League with Christian Yelich. Suzuki remained healthy throughout the year, playing a career-high 151 games during the regular season. He finished the regular season strong, hitting five home runs in the last four games. Suzuki carried that momentum into the playoffs, launching three longballs in the team's eight postseason games."

Suzuki posted 32 home runs and 103 RBIs in 2025, played a career-high 151 regular-season games, and hit five homers in the final four games. He added three playoff home runs in eight postseason games. Suzuki joins other Cubs who have announced WBC intentions, including Pete Crow‑Armstrong, Matthew Boyd, Jameson Taillon, Alex Bregman, and Daniel Palencia.
