"Let's just jump straight into the new look lineup we saw at practice on Monday before the Blackhawks flew to Minnesota for Tuesday night's game against the Wild. Teuvo Teräväinen was back with the team in full ( finally) after missing six games with an upper-body issue. He slotted onto the top line with... Connor Bedard and Frank Nazar! "
"My initial read on these lines is Nazar will probably play the same role on that line that Ryan Greene has with Bedard since 98 returned from his shoulder injury. Nazar has won two-thirds of his faceoffs since he returned from the jaw injury; he's been excellent at the dot. His speed and Teräväinen's playmaking could open up the ice for Bedard."
Teuvo Teräväinen returned to full practice after missing six games with an upper-body issue and joined Connor Bedard and Frank Nazar on the top line. Nazar has won two-thirds of his faceoffs since returning from a jaw injury and brings strong faceoff play and speed. Teräväinen's playmaking combined with Nazar's speed could create space for Bedard. Tyler Bertuzzi, Jason Dickinson and Ilya Mikheyev were identified as the team's best line after a recent loss. Oliver Moore, Ryan Greene and André Burakovsky pair speed and zone-entry ability with veteran presence. Donato, Nick Foligno and Landon Slaggert continue to generate chances, and roster balance may force healthy scratches as the team reaches full strength.
