The team returned to Halas Hall for one of two OTAs open to media on a clear weather day. Hosts and analysts discussed the session with Super Bowl-winning guard Tom and former quarterback Jim Miller. Veteran podium guests included wide receiver Luther Burton III, running back DeAndre Swift, and defensive tackle Grady Jarrett, with head coach Ben Johnson providing commentary. Johnson said the team’s foundation focus centers on body language, finishing, communication, daily habits, discipline, and consistency. He reported strong work ethic over five and a half weeks and said everything is sharper than last year because expectations, meetings, walkthroughs, and practice structure are established. He also noted returning players and new rookies or free agents have clearer knowledge of what the program should look like.
