Pace Suburban Bus launched an expanded On Demand service in Northwest Cook County, providing residents with flexible, affordable transportation options. The service enables riders to reach everyday destinations including medical appointments, schools, shopping, and employment centers, with connections to the regional transit system. Riders can book trips within 10 minutes using a mobile app for shared-ride experiences. The expansion represents one of 11 Pace On Demand services operating throughout the region. Local partners including the City of Rolling Meadows and Villages of Arlington Heights, Palatine, and Mount Prospect collaborated on the expansion. Cook County provided funding support through its Invest in Cook grant program.
