Ashley Cole, with 107 caps for England, has become the head coach of Cesena in Italy's second division after struggling to find opportunities in England. Despite nearly seven years of coaching experience, he felt discouraged by the lack of head coach roles available to him in England, often facing the excuse of needing more experience. Cole expressed pride in being a black English coach in Italy and is eager to make a positive impact at Cesena, where he aims to do something special.
