twisted modifes baja bug beetle into off-roader T-bug for desert and sand dunes
Briefly

Twisted Automotive introduces the T-Bug, a modified Baja Bug beetle designed for off-road excursions. Each model begins with an air-cooled Beetle from the '60s to '80s, which is stripped and reinforced to withstand modern terrains. The design involves enhancing the chassis, updating suspension and braking systems, and doubling the engine's output while keeping it under 80 horsepower for a more authentic driving feel. With hand-finished interiors and LED lighting, the T-Bug marries vintage aesthetics with modern functionality, ensuring every car is one-of-a-kind based on personal customer preferences.
"We don't do conversions. We don't do half-measures. Each customer chooses their specification, trim, color, and optional equipment. We build it the Twisted way."
"It's about the driving and the experience, they add, not the engine's 'numbers.'"
