"The new Porsche Cayenne S Electric, unveiled today, slots perfectly between the base-spec Cayenne EV and the top-tier Cayenne Turbo (which doesn't have a literal turbocharger). The S starts from $128,650 in the United States, making it $17,300 more expensive than the entry-level Cayenne Electric and a whopping $36,700 more affordable than the mental Cayenne Turbo Electric."
"Despite the price differences, the Cayenne S gets the same 113-kilowatt-hour battery as its siblings, which can be DC fast-charged at up to 400 kilowatts for a 10-to-80% top-up in less than 16 minutes. The newly introduced S is the longest-range model in the lineup, with a WLTP-estimated 405 miles (653 kilometers) on a full charge."
"The nominal output of the Cayenne S's two electric motors is 536 horsepower (400 kW), but peak output goes up to 657 hp (490 kW) when Launch Control or the optional Push-to-Pass function is activated, enabling the electric SUV to sprint from 0 to 60 miles per hour in 3.6 seconds and on to a top speed of 155 mph (250 kph)."
Porsche expanded the Cayenne Electric lineup with the new S Electric trim, priced at $128,650, sitting between the base Cayenne EV and the Cayenne Turbo Electric. The S model delivers 536 horsepower with a Push-to-Pass function adding 121 hp for 10 seconds, enabling 0-60 acceleration in 3.6 seconds and a top speed of 155 mph. It features the same 113-kWh battery as other Cayenne Electric models, supporting 400-kW DC fast charging for 10-80% charge in under 16 minutes. The S achieves the longest range in the lineup at 405 miles WLTP-estimated, exceeding the base model by 7 miles and the Turbo by 18 miles. Both DC and AC charging ports are positioned on driver and passenger sides respectively.
