He also detailed the company's plans to upgrade the Fremont and Shanghai paint shops. Gigafactory Texas was not yet unveiled. Tesla has worked to improve those facilities, especially in Fremont. It was able to roll out the new Diamond Black color earlier this year."
Marine Blue is now offered for the Model Y produced at Giga Berlin and is exclusive to Germany and select European countries. The color is priced at €1,300, matching Diamond Black and Stealth Grey, while Quicksilver and Ultra Red cost twice as much. Marine Blue is the third blue shade in Tesla’s global lineup alongside Deep Metallic Blue and Glacier Blue. Giga Berlin maintains an advanced paint shop capable of producing layered, curvature-dependent finishes. The facility has repeatedly introduced unique colors, previously launching Quicksilver and Midnight Cherry Red and rolling out Diamond Black earlier this year.
