The Cybertruck is now available for reservation holders in the United Arab Emirates to place full orders through the Order Configurator. The public online configurator will open across the Middle East in the coming weeks. Saudi Arabia and Qatar are also slated for Cybertruck deliveries. Europe and Asia have not approved the vehicle for public sale because of size and design restrictions. Production for Middle East orders will be handled by Gigafactory Texas near Austin. Gigafactory Berlin and Gigafactory Shanghai do not have established Cybertruck production lines. Tesla has suggested developing a smaller Cybertruck for regions with traditionally tighter roads.
