Mini drivers can now utilize an embedded eSIM to access Wi-Fi onboard through Ubigi's 5G data plans, enhancing in-vehicle connectivity. The Mini, an iconic brand with roots in affordable, efficient design, was created by Alec Issigonis and introduced in 1959. Modern models feature powerful electric and petrol powertrains, with capabilities such as 0 to 62mph in 6.7 seconds and a range of up to 249 miles. Ubigi facilitates global mobile data connectivity for various devices and is available on Mini vehicles equipped with Operating System 9.
In-vehicle connectivity is becoming a standard for even the most classic of automotive marques, such as the Mini, which now offers Wi-Fi through Ubigi 5G data plans.
The Mini brand, designed by Alec Issigonis and now owned by BMW Group, focuses on space efficiency and offers models with electric powertrains delivering up to 218hp.
