Ford plans a comprehensive product and technology rollout in Europe for commercial and retail customers over the next three years. Ford Pro will evolve from vehicle maker to productivity partner for European businesses, delivering an always-on connected customer experience. The approach integrates connected vehicle data into the Ford Pro Intelligence platform to give fleet managers greater insight and control, including visibility into vehicles and upfitted equipment usage. Since 2019, Ford Pro vehicles include embedded modems, with more than 1.2 million connected European customers generating close to six million health signals daily. The strategy uses software and services to maximize returns on each vehicle and supports a global goal to grow software and services revenue.
