GFL Environmental relocated its executive headquarters from Ontario to Miami Beach, Florida, while retaining its incorporation in Ontario and its TSX listing. The relocation aims to broaden eligibility for participation in U.S. equity indexes and to increase visibility with investors, with the expectation of expanding the shareholder base. GFL provides solid waste management services across Canada and in 18 U.S. states, with the U.S. accounting for more than two-thirds of revenue.
