The 505 Dundas and 511 Bathurst streetcar routes will have service every six minutes at weekday peak times, with some increased weekend service at certain times. Crisis workers will be added around the clock on the 'u' portion of Line 1 starting Saturday. These service enhancements will be implemented without fare increases; ticket prices last rose before the current mayor took office. The upgrades aim to reduce crowding and prepare for major events next year.
