Terik Parascak has been invited to wear a Team Canada sweater at the 2025 World Junior Showcase in Minneapolis, among 44 players selected by Hockey Canada. The showcase will feature practices and games against prospects from the USA, Sweden, and Finland. Parascak, 19, is the only representative from the Washington Capitals, with notable performances in the WHL. Following a successful season, he was reassigned to the AHL's Hershey Bears and made his pro debut late in the season. Dale Hunter will coach Canada's 2026 World Juniors team.
