The visit was arranged at the invitation of the True Patriot Love Foundation, which supports Canadian military members, veterans and their families. He is scheduled to attend a foundation-organized dinner and took a boat ride while touring a Canadian Armed Forces base on Wednesday. His previous Canada visit was in February for the Invictus Games. Harry and Meghan briefly stayed in Canada before moving to the U.S. in 2020 and announced stepping back from senior royal roles that year; Buckingham Palace confirmed they would not return to their prior working roles in 2021.
