Consumers can find the model number of the back of the appliance, or on the original packaging."

Health Canada is urging Canadians to stop using the recalled ovens immediately, and contact Sunbeam Products Inc. in order to get a free repair kit. Oster says they will ship customers a clip-on device that prevents the doors from closing while the oven is in use, as well as instructions on how to install the device. The company isn't offering refunds or replacements for the ovens."
