Lucas Bauer, 25, from Hamilton, was arrested and charged with uttering threats to cause bodily harm or death against Ontario Premier Doug Ford under the Criminal Code. Bauer was released from custody and scheduled to appear in Ontario Court of Justice in Toronto on April 13.
