Peel Regional Police responded to the incident near Alexandra Avenue and Fourth Street at approximately 2:45 p.m. Fourth Street is closed from Ogden to Alexandra Avenues, and Alexandra Avenue is closed from Fourth Street to Lakeshore Road E.
