During the event, the Canadian hockey players got a scare when American skater Corinne Stoddard slipped and crashed into Korean skater Kim Gilli, hitting a padded wall hard."

The roster in the photo included many stars such as Nate MacKinnon, Sidney Crosby, Cale Makar, and Logan Thompson. During the short-track relay, American Corinne Stoddard slipped and crashed into Korean skater Kim Gilli, with Canadian Courtney Sarault narrowly avoiding the collision while helping Canada advance. The players rode the Milan metro, joined a watch party, and visited the Duomo di Milano. Canada's first game is Thursday at 10:40 a.m. against Czechia.
