Bruce Burrows has been appointed executive director of Grain Growers of Canada, effective April 1, 2026. With over 40 years of experience in transportation, infrastructure, labour policy, and association leadership, Burrows has developed expertise in government relations, policy development, political advocacy, and stakeholder engagement. He previously held senior positions with the Chamber of Marine Commerce and Railway Association of Canada, and worked in strategic advisory roles and management positions at Canadian Pacific Railway. His career spans multiple sectors including transportation, energy, infrastructure, and resources. Burrows emphasizes grain farmers' importance to Canada's economy and commits to strengthening advocacy efforts and producer relationships with federal decision-makers.
