"Five warming centres across Toronto will be open starting Friday evening as temperatures are expected to drop below -5 C. Starting at 5 p.m, the centres will be open 24/7 and offer a warm indoor resting place for the homelessness and other vulnerable populations. Meals, washrooms and referrals to other shelter and community services will be available on the sites, according to an email from the City of Toronto."
