The two accused approached an elderly man while he was in his vehicle and offered him money and a watch, police said. When the man declined, the accused removed the victim's Rolex watch causing injuries to his arm and hand."
"A 39-year-old man with no fixed address and a 25-year-old woman from Toronto have been arrested and charged in connection to this incident. The man has been charged with robbery and three counts of failing to comply with a recognizance, while the woman has been charged with robbery, four counts of failing to comply with a release order and failing to comply with a probation order. Police believe there may be additional victims and are asking anyone with additional information to come forward."
