Video shows armed attackers rob San Francisco man of jewelry in West Hollywood: 'Scared for my life'
"'They grabbed a hold of me, pushed me down. I kind of fall to my knees. They immediately start asking me for my things... I'm just holding my hand out, as I'm on the ground, just holding my hand out, telling them, 'Take this. Here you go. Here you go,'"
"'Up until they drove away, I was scared for my life until they left.'"
A man visiting from San Francisco was ambushed on Hacienda Place near Santa Monica Boulevard while charging his car. Three armed attackers exited a gray sedan and forced him to the ground while a fourth suspect remained in the vehicle. The attackers took a Rolex watch, two gold bracelets and additional jewelry before fleeing in the sedan. Surveillance video captured the ambush and the suspects driving away. The victim fell to his knees, extended his hands and offered his possessions as the attackers demanded them. The victim feared for his life until the vehicle left. Authorities ask anyone with information to contact the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department.
