A shocking incident at Discovery Bay Marina occurred when a boat appeared to intentionally collide with a Jet-Ski and other vessels. The aggressive boat, filled with around ten people, was captured on social media video chasing the Jet-Ski. Eyewitnesses described the scene as chaotic, fearing for lives. Following the incident, two men, Erick and Danny Garcia, were arrested and charged with assault with a deadly weapon, criminal threats, and vandalism. The offending boat has since been abandoned in Stockton.
