Recipients of CalFresh, Medi-Cal, Veterans Pension and Survivors Benefit and other government assistance programs automatically qualify. New and existing customers may apply; LifeLine assistance cannot be transferred and only one benefit is allowed per household. Total Wireless operates roughly 1,900 exclusive stores nationwide, including over 200 in California.
