That outlet adds that all three male victims are in stable condition, and are expected to survive. A suspect vehicle was quickly identified and the information shared with other law enforcement partners, the Concord Police Department said in a Wednesday morning Facebook post. Deputies from the Contra Costa Sheriff's Office located the suspect vehicle driving in Bay Point where they conducted a traffic stop and detained the occupants."
