Sunnyvale museum hosting Winter Teas next month
"The teas take place at the museum, 570 E. Remington Drive. Guests will be treated to table settings featuring vintage china and silver as well as delicate doilies. The fare includes finger sandwiches and savories, scones with all the trimmings, and sweet treats along with bottomless cups of tea. Attendees can check out the exhibits and browse the museum store before the teas start. On Sundays, a volunteer plays the square grand piano in the museum parlor, adding to the festive atmosphere."

At $103,174, Sunnyvale's median income was the highest among U.S. cities with over 200,000 residents. The study ranked Berkeley No. 8 overall, analyzing everything from the cities' economies to their WiFi connectivity to walkability. Atlanta took the top spot with 26% of its workforce operating remotely and 119 coworking spaces spread across the metro area."
The Sunnyvale Heritage Park Museum will host Winter Teas on Dec. 6-7 and Dec. 13-14 from 2-4 p.m. at 570 E. Remington Drive. Guests will see vintage china and silver table settings and enjoy finger sandwiches, savories, scones with trimmings, sweet treats, and bottomless tea. Attendees may view exhibits and shop the museum store; a volunteer plays the square grand piano on Sundays. Period costumes are encouraged. Reservations are $55 per person. The League of Women Voters of Cupertino-Sunnyvale will hold a coffee-and-conversation meetup on Dec. 6 at 10 a.m. at the Starbucks inside Target, with online registration. A CoworkingCafe study ranked Sunnyvale No. 1 nationwide for median income at $103,174.
