Windows in Saratoga Village are filling with Love Notes sponsored by the Saratoga Village Development Council to celebrate love, affection, gratitude and positivity toward partners, family and the community. Creators may submit 8 x 11-inch flat notes and should contact laurelperusa@comcast.net by Feb. 6 to arrange pickup. The displayed notes form a treasure hunt that encourages walking around the Village and aims to uplift passersby. Eight-year-old Jayce Doss enjoys drawing and writing notes with his sister and presented Mayor Chuck Page a heart-patterned tie. Montalvo hosts the Great American Crooners on Feb. 11, and local restaurants and House Family Vineyards provide Valentine dining and tasting options.
