A four-vehicle crash near East Palo Alto occurred early Sunday morning, resulting in the death of a 72-year-old woman from San Leandro and serious injuries to two others. The California Highway Patrol reported the incident happened around 2 a.m. on Highway 101 when an Acura SUV rear-ended a Toyota Rav4, causing a chain-reaction crash involving a Subaru SUV and a BMW sedan.
