A three-day Vietnamese Tet festival at Eastridge Mall in San Jose drew thousands on Friday and Saturday and concludes tonight. The celebration runs daily from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. outdoors at Eastridge Mall and is presented by UStar Productions.
