"BERKELEY, Calif. (KGO) -- The parents of a 19-year-old UC Berkeley student who died after drowning at a fraternity party last month are now suing the frat for wrongful death. According to Berkeley Scanner, the parents of George Salinas filed the suit Tuesday in Alameda County Superior Court. Salinas was found on Nov. 14 next to the pool of Alpha Delta Phi fraternity."
