Franklin Enrique Sarceño Orla, age 35, has been returned to Santa Clara County after investigators say he fled to Guatemala. More than sixty men allege Orla drugged them, with crimes dating back to 2018. Victims report sharing drinks, mysteriously passing out, and later waking up injured at Orla's home; some victims retain specific memories of assault. Police report evidence that Orla recorded video of many unconscious victims. Reports indicate the suspect may have HIV, and victims have been advised to get tested. Court proceedings are scheduled as the case moves forward.
