"The Clovis Police Department wrote on social media that the 26-year-old Fresno man fled "multiple times at speeds over 130 mph" on both city streets and on Highway 168. The pursuit, which also included the California Highway Patrol, took place on Sept. 5 and began after the man was spotted speeding through Clovis on a green Kawasaki motorcycle, police said."
"The two agencies said they terminated their pursuit of the man for public safety reasons but later identified him using the Clovis PD Real-Time Information Center, a system that keeps police updated on situations using inbound information, including 911 calls and 450 surveillance cameras. The suspect was arrested in Fresno nine days after the chase. He's charged with two felony counts of evading a peace officer, violation of probation and driving on a suspended license."
