Investigators say at least 100 people were celebrating a 2-year-old's birthday when the gunfire started. Three children ages 8, 9 and 14, and a 21-year-old were killed. Thirteen others were injured in the shooting. The manhunt for the suspects continues and a reward for information leading to their arrests has grown to over $100,000."
