Multiple Southern Section high school football games produced a range of results Saturday. Corona del Mar defeated Newport Harbor 21-6 in the Bravo League. Trinity Classical Academy edged Silver Valley 39-36 in the Cottonwood League. Diamond Bar beat South Hills 48-28 in the Hacienda League. Riverside Poly routed Rancho Christian 42-6 in the Sunbelt League. In 8-man play, Maricopa blanked Coastal Christian 44-0 while Vista Meridian beat Downey Calvary Chapel 34-29. Additional nonleague and prep results included Thacher 49-32 Cate, Flintridge Prep 38-8 Orcutt Academy, Lancaster Desert Christian 32-15 Malibu, and Sage Hill 46-12 California Lutheran.
