Fligor, the assistant assessor endorsed by Stone, led the Nov. 4 vote but fell short of a majority. Voters can return mailed ballots, use any of 109 drop boxes, or vote at 38 centers open until 8 p.m. today. Mail must be postmarked by Dec. 30 and received within seven days. Ballot tracking and same-day conditional registration are available.
