"The collision ejected the motorcyclist from his motorcycle, falling to the ground, according to police. He was transported to a hospital and by Saturday morning was reported in critical but stable condition, police said. Police said it appears alcohol and possibly drugs may have influenced this crash. This incident remains under investigation. Authorities ask anyone with information on this case to call Oakland Police traffic investigators at (510) 777-8570."
