"Three people, who were all inside the helicopter when it went down, were critically injured. There were three crew members on board a pilot, a nurse and a paramedic, said Sacramento Fire Department spokesperson Captain Justin Sylvia. No vehicles on the freeway were involved in the crash, he added, calling that outcome mind-blowing given the aircraft came down in the middle of a busy highway."
