Matt Logan reached his 300th career win as Corona Centennial defeated Eastvale Roosevelt 62-20, becoming the 15th coach in California history to reach 300 wins. Jim Benkert is the only other active coach in the group while Bob Ladouceur leads with 399 wins. Alumni from 18 graduating classes attended a celebration featuring a trophy, a large 300-wins sign, commemorative T-shirts and hats. Centennial has won 10 Southern Section titles and stood 5-1 while pursuing an 11th. Logan began as defensive coordinator, built a fast no-huddle offense, and emphasized his loyalty to the city. Running backs Malaki Davis and Zander Lewis each rushed for over 100 yards, with Davis scoring four touchdowns.
