Richmond will seek a new internal city attorney after Aleshire & Wynder plans to resign at the end of December. Dave Aleshire cited personal health reasons and demanding travel between Irvine and Richmond, noting council meetings occur three times monthly and often run late. Aleshire experienced blood clots following a late council meeting and required ambulance transport home.
