Dylan Correa, 22, provided in-home care for 70-year-old Ronald Nasuti, who uses a wheelchair after losing part of a foot to illness. Multiple former caregivers allege Nasuti repeatedly hired aides for housecleaning, meal preparation, and intimate care, then shortchanged or failed to pay them. Two caregivers filed claims in Napa County Small Claims Court, and others report unpaid work and are discussing coordinated action. Alexya Delgado alleges Nasuti owes $1,258 for 2022 work and seeks accountability. Nasuti denies widespread nonpayment, saying he fired unreliable aides and expected legal follow-up that did not materialize.
