Team San Jose showed measurable improvement across five performance metrics, including economic impact, finances, theater occupancy and customer satisfaction. The organization booked 133,500 hotel room nights, 14% over target, and recorded 545 days of events at its cultural facilities, 3% over target. The combined activity generated an economic impact exceeding $95 million, 22% over target. Team San Jose manages major city-owned venues, receives $1 million annually from the city, and qualified for an additional $300,000 after hitting targets. Downtown foot traffic recovered to about 90% of 2019 levels, nearing 100% in December 2024, and the City Council will review the audit on Jan. 13 for fiscal 2024-25.
