Trustmarque and Ultima wrap up 'powerhouse' UK channel merger
"beginning of a new chapter"
"By combining Ultima's automation and managed services strength with Trustmarque's deep technical heritage and professional services expertise, we are uniquely positioned to help our customers cut through that complexity to unlock tangible value today and in the future,"
"IT leaders are telling us their estates have become more complex, and that creates real barriers to maximising innovation and growth,"
"Responding to this demand requires partners to remain attuned to these shifts and adapt with the right expertise."
Trustmarque and Ultima have completed a merger to create a larger UK IT services group and will begin integration under new leadership. Simon Williams becomes CEO of the combined group and Jamie Beaumont assumes the CFO role. The merged business aims to grow gross invoiced income by more than £1 billion to secure a leading position among UK IT channel firms. Trustmarque brings deep technical and professional services heritage while Ultima contributes automation and managed services capability. The combined organisation has over 1,000 employees, serves more than 3,000 customers, and will retain existing brands while planning a new corporate identity next year.
