Tilson Technology Management has filed a breach of contract lawsuit against Gigapower, seeking over $200 million for terminated agreements, underpayments, and missed payments.
Tilson claims that Gigapower delayed payments to force renegotiation, resulting in more than $100 million in negative cash flow and leading to its Chapter 11 bankruptcy.
We entered this contract in good faith and followed through on our obligations... We expect our clients to do the same,” stated Tilson CEO Darrell Ingram.
Gigapower denied the breach, stating they will vigorously defend themselves in court and refrain from further comments until the process concludes.
