Robert Cisneros joined Rhodes Convenience Stores as chief operating officer and began the role in July. He will oversee operations at more than 30 stores in southeast Missouri, southern Illinois and western Kentucky. His responsibilities include scaling operational capabilities, advancing fuel and retail performance, elevating customer experience, strengthening leadership development, and leading long-term growth strategy. Cisneros brings over 29 years of experience at Procter & Gamble with progressive operations and innovation leadership roles, including managing a plant with more than 600 employees and delivering strong safety, quality and cost-efficiency results. Rhodes' president praised his experience and people-first leadership.
